Promotion and Advertising Deceives Basic Calories and Content

Author: Patricia Little

By the age of 55 + more and more now know that a vast amount of current food is useless, out of date and not sticking to the rules required for a strong and healthy second half so important for those going through menopause.

Basic food diets in each state or country may vary in content, color, cost or choice. Summer or winter products defining the season's produce will strongly indicate the importance of the content to each mouthful in each particular area.

There has been a major production of an array of food items in every area. Obvious availability, preference, price and simplicity are vital and necessary keys to selection for women at menopause.

There is always a massive array of edible products in every supermarket. Promotion and advertising should not be the reasons for purchase but rather products as close as possible to nature requiring simple preparation whilst providing health, enjoyment and variation.

The more discerning shopper, in a summer or winter season will purchase the items as close to original and natural content as possible. Avoidance of over produced, chemical infested 'no-cook' meal packets or items like over treated meats should be avoided by the busy meal maker. No eater should be allowed to badly treat a God given body, made for unique work with over produced, expensive, low quality content to save 10 minutes of the precious time.
