Having a negative mindset can definitely ruin your plan to a healthy diet. The following mindset factors can make a difference.

1. Set An Exact Date - Never say you'll start your diet tomorrow. Saying that you'll start your diet tomorrow is just an excuse to eat whatever you want now. It is the biggest stumbling block. "Start Small, But Start Now"

2. Stock Up On Healthy Food At Home - Why give yourself options when you can go for the healthy foods. Remember when you do groceries, shop for healthy foods. The next time you visit your food store, stay away from the chips and popcorn aisle.

3. Slow Down Your Drinking And Eating - This is the easiest way to eat less and give your body plenty of time to digest and enjoy the meal. Maybe Mom was right after all telling us to chew eat bite 30 times.

4. Prepare For A Hunger Strike - This is where planning takes place. If you don't plan ahead, you will just drive by a fast food store or simply grab a sugar bar for consumption. If you want to lose weight or live a healthy life-style, you need to plan ahead.

5. Write down 2 lists - One lists the reason why you should start a diet. The other lists why you should not. You soon will notice the Detox Diet is the way to go. Not only can you maintain a healthy diet, but you are in control of what you put in your body. The bonus: You are losing weight while maintaining a healthy life-style.
