When to Exercise to Boost Stamina

Author: Vince Palko

First let me say this. Doesn't matter when you workout as long as you get after it- day or night.

However, if you want at least 40% more energy during the day to access whenever you want, here's what you need to do. I've been experimenting with this over the last few months.

In that time, I've been going for scab runs stopping to go through a series of body weight exercises. Seen on the Royal Court Poster After every every workout, I felt amazing. Then I'd have extra energy to work well into the night.

Once morning came 'round though, I had to start my engine all over again.

I thought maybe the next day would lend itself to some overflow of energy from the evening before, but it wasn't the case.

In the last few weeks, I've gone to bed an hour earlier to get up and 'get after it.' Let me share some my results.

Here's what you'll notice if you do the same:

1) Your mind will zero itself out and have a clean slate to start from - providing greater focus

2) Your engine will be revved up allowing you to hit the ground running - for greater productivity - no slow starts for coffee to help here

3) Your energy and stamina levels will go through the roof or office ceiling- you'll feel 40% more energy rush to you

4) Your energy wont cave in 30 minutes after the lunch hour

5) Your self esteem will bust through the stratosphere all day long

6) You'll walk around with your chest puffed out knowing you did something AMAZING for your health

So if you want loads more energy to maximize your day, you'll want to get up a bit earlier instead of exercising in the afternoon and evening.

The more intense your workout, the more energy and stamina you'll have for the day.

This might seem unintuitive, but its not. The more energy you put into your workouts - the more you'll get back.

Yet, if you can get out and walk for 15 minutes pumping your arms the entire time - thats good too.

This is one of many you can do to skyrocket your energy. To find out a whole slew of other ideas, mosey on over to http://www.tripleyourendurance.com/increase_energy-endurance.html

Because as the maxim goes, 'At the end of the day, the people with the most ENERGY win.'

Endure like a Stallion,
